How My Commissions Work
You direct message me with your mod request and we agree on a price. Once we agree on a price, I'll start working on the mod. I'll send progress updates if/when needed. Once I have a functional build, I'll send you a video of it working, and then once money is sent, I'll send over the mod build. From that point, you are free to install the mod and request any final tweaks.
No money will be exchanged until a functional mod build is made.
This is because Modding is unpredictable. There are often unexpected limitations that occur midway through the project invalidating the whole effort. Waiting until a functional build is made for payment is my way of avoiding being at the mercy of PayPal’s refund system.
No guaranteed project deadlines.
I try to get commissions done in a timely manner, however,I do not commit to any exact date as I am often working around unpredictable schedules. Depending on the scale of the mod and how many hiccups are encountered, it usually takes anywhere from a couple days to a few weeks.
All final mod content is fully human‑made.
No AI‑generated textures, models, code, or other assets are used.
I occasionally use LLMs only for routine tasks like debugging packaging issues, locating variables/functions in game files, or learning unfamiliar systems. These tools never contribute to the actual content of the mod.
Available Mod Types
For Actively developed games, I offer BPML and visual patch mods
For “post-development” games, I offer BPML, visual patch mods, and stat change patch mods.
Free Updates (When Possible)
If a game update breaks your mod, you can contact me and I’ll do my best to update it at no charge. Stat‑change mods are excluded from free updates.
In rare cases, a mod may become impossible to update due to changes in the game’s modding capabilities. This is an inherent risk with any game that receives active updates.
Free updates are offered as a courtesy and are not legally binding.
Ownership & Rights
I retain full ownership and all rights to the code, assets, and work I create for the mod.
You may use the mod for personal gameplay, but you may not sell it, redistribute it publicly, or reuse its assets in other projects.
Your payment covers the time and labor involved in creating the mod — not the transfer of ownership. This distinction is important due to common legal constraints in video game modding.
Public Listing
Sometimes I may ask for permission to publicly list a commissioned mod if I believe it would benefit the community.
This is only something I initiate. Clients cannot request or require public release.
If I ask, you’re free to decline and the mod will remain private.
If you agree to a public listing, the mod will be maintained like my other public releases (occasional content updates, active bug fixes, etc.).
What will I NOT make?
I will decline any commission that involves:
-Competitive / anti‑cheat protected games
-Sexual or adult content
-Illegal or prohibited content
-Malicious or destructive mods
